Return Policy

As photography and videography services are custom and personalised, physical returns are generally not applicable.
If you purchase a physical product (e.g. printed photographs, albums, or framed images), returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

If approved, you may be asked to return the item in its original packaging, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Deposits and session fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, as they secure your date and time slot.
If Leimonmade Photography & Videography must cancel a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

within 7 days of delivery so we can review your concerns and work toward a resolution.

All disputes should be raised directly with us before contacting your payment provider — we will always do our best to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the scheduled shoot: Deposit remains non-refundable, but no further payment is due.

Less than 7 days before the shoot: 50% of the agreed total may still be charged.

On the day or no-show: The full session fee may be charged.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances change and will do our best to accommodate you.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Our photography and videography services are provided within the UK only.
We do not export physical goods internationally at this time.

Terms and Conditions of Promotions

From time to time, Leimonmade Photography & Videography may offer discounts, special packages, or promotions.

Promotions are valid only during the stated dates and cannot be combined with other offers.

Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking or checkout.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
